Our houses have now arrived on the estate!! More fun! xD Well, obviously this is where you can claim your own house. You have to be 18 or over. There's a few things you should know though...
Firstly your house starts off as a bungalow. It's completely free since it's the first time. It's quite small. There's only a living room, a small kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. There's a little backyard and an even smaller front yard. It's a good enough house for one person...
UPGRADE 01 - Your house is made a bit bigger, you have a split bathroom and toilet, which gives a bit more room. The back yard and front yard is expanded also. - $150
UPGRADE 02 - The kitchen is now a separate room to the living room, but is still very small. The back yard has a tiny shed that you can hardly get into... Small expansion. - $300
UPGRADE 03 - Small expansion, the shed gets a little bigger, the front garden now has a gate. And that's about it. - $150
UPGRADE 04 - Oh my, there's an expansion. You now have a little walk in area in the front door. There's now a tiny dining room that can hold one small table and two chairs. - $500
UPGRADE 05 - Now the kitchen, living room, and dining room is a big enough size for two people to live there. The bedroom and bathroom has been ditched. There's a new room, the place under the.. STAIRS. YES! THERE IS NOW AN UPSTAIRS. It holds one bedroom and one dining room. - $1000
UPGRADE 06 - The shed is gone, and around the front of your house is a garage, yay! There's a drive leading up to it - somewhere to park your car. The whole house has got bigger, and there are now three bedrooms, and a separate toilet from the rest of the bathroom. One bedroom is medium sized, and the other two are quite small. Downstairs, the rooms are very big. We're actually getting somewhere... $1500
UPGRADE 07 - All the bedrooms are big now. There's a basement, and an attic. O; - $750
UPGRADE 08 - THIRD FLOOR ALERT. That's right O; Holding a study, and a bedroom. - $1000
UPGRADE 09 - 3 more rooms of your choice. :] This house is huge. - $750
UPGRADE 10 - THE LAST FLOOR - the fourth floor. You can change around any of the rooms, do what you want. This is your house now! - $2000

That is the hardest thing I've ever done. xDD If you have any questions, just PM me (admin). xD
Also, you must upgrade your house step by step. Your progress will be tracked. :] You can't skip from upgrade 1-5 just because you have enough money. It doesn't work like that.
Oh, and post here for upgrades as well. xD

In the living room, the walls are purple and the floor is a white carpet. In the middle of the small space is a white double sofa with a purple cushion on each arm. Next to the sofa is a glass table which holds the t.v remote, some magazines and some other things that get moved around. In front of the sofa is a small t.v with a freeview box, Kelly can't exactly afford much at the moment. To the right of the room is a bookcase which holds a few books, some CDs and a little mini CD player. Quite simple really.
In the kitchen there is what you usually find in a kitchen, a fridge (holding quite a lot of alcohol), a cooker, a sink, a microwave and some cupboards with dry foods in. The kitchen is black and white, some parts of the walls are tiles, the parts are painted white. The floor is white tiles too.
In the bathroom, there is a toilet, a bath and a sink. Simple. The floors and walls are a very light brown, and the floor is tiles. The bath, toliet and sink are all white.
In the bedroom is a double bed with a blue duvet and white pillows. The walls are blue, and the floor is a white carpet. There's a light wooden wardrobe, a small desk with a lamp, some drawers, and that's about it.

living room - the living room is quite simple. it has creamy white walls, and the floor is covered in dark brown floorboards. it contains a double armed sofa, which is black synthetic leather, as well as a square wooden table beside each arm. in front of the sofa is a larger stable, which is wooden too. it holds the television remote, magazines, placemats, and several other things. in front of the large table is the televesion, twenty five inches. it stands on a glass table, and it has a sky. leonhardt also has a dvd player and dvds in the room, and a cd player (with cds, obviously). thanks to working in the mi6, he does have quite a bit of money left over...
kitchen - an everyday kitchen containing a fridge, freezer, cooker, sink, microwave, and some cupboards. the kitchen has dark marble tiles on the floor, and the walls are a light beige colour, with one wall being pale blue.
bedroom - leonhardt's bedroom is simple too. it contains a double bed, which usually has white duvets and white pillows. once again the floor has dark coloured floorboards, and the walls are a light, cream beige colour. the wall at the back of the room is a pastel blue colour, though. his room also has a desk, with a laptop and charger sitting on it, and some folders with paperwork. it also has a wooden wardrobe, a bedside table and a lamp, a chest of drawers and some shelves.
bathroom - simple, like the rest of the house. it has black tiled floor, and the bath, toilet, sink are white. the upper half of the walls are a subtle turquoise colour, more green, and the lower half has white tiles. seperating the turquoise walls and white tiles are simple black tiles.
