Kiara Louise CherrystoneI long to be like you, Lie cold in the ground like you, There's room inside for two, And I'm not grieving for you, I'm coming for you. 10:30pm on a Saturday night - anyone could be here. Great, I like that. I checked the belt on my shorts, of course the guns were still there, how could I lose them? How could someone steal them? I then checked the pockets on my jeans, sure, the poison was still there. Each month for the past 6 years I have tried a little of the poison - I was now completely immune to it. It couldn't effect me in any way. I was actually quite proud of myself, to be honest. I didn't exactly know if I was going to survive - it was strong stuff to use, yet here I am, just about to climb this dumb wall in front of me. Oh no, it doesn't get any more exciting than this - not. It was only a small wall, I could literally jump up and grab the edge, then pull myself up with all the strength I have.
The grass was wet - it had been raining for hours now. It was quite exciting really, it hardly ever rains like this - for me. I was half soaked already, I didn't mind, but I just wanted to see my pet wolf - Fang. She'd be waiting for some extra-tasty meat. I kept slipping, which didn't help me move any quicker. I started climbing a tree, and on the third thick branch up I stopped and shuffled along. This was so unbelievably dangerous - my choice of lifestyle. If I fell now, I would be badly hurt if not dead.
I jumped from the middle of the branch onto a random rope that hung over what seemed to be like an endless drop. I made the rope swing, until it was safe for me to land. I rolled and laid on my back. Phew, that was tiring, I was almost at the cave now. I got up and ran across the slippery ground, and I was there. As expected, Fang was waiting at the entrance, she was huge - she had big grey paws and the markings of a Siberian Husky all over her body, her usually bushy tail was wet and skinny, had she been out looking for me?
"Hello, Fang!" I smiled as if I was actually talking to another human, "Sorry I'm so late, it's - obviously - wet outside, and the ground is slippery, but I won't give up when I know you're waiting for me and your food, speaking of food..."
I took the meat out of the container in my bag and laid it on the dry cave floor. She sniffed it and began licking it, which turned into small bites, which turned into her normal eating. I pulled a clipboard, a pen, some paper and some biscuits out of my bag. I need something for my songs, I was currently writing a song that I called 'Missing', it was quite dramatic actually, it made my think of some kind of badly treated orphan - I wouldn't share that with anyone though - it may offend someone who used to be or is an orphan.
I tapped the pen against the clipboard in time to the music and then a couple of lines came to me 'Maybe someday you'll look up, and barely concious you'll say to no one, isn't something missing? Yes, OK, that worked. I sang it out loud - yep - great, moving on...
Thunder rumbled above and I glared, I could usually concentrate but it seemed my imagination had dissolved since I came up here, I looked at Fang, who was still eating and growling at the parts of the meat she had to really sink her teeth into... I sometimes wish my teeth were strong as hers. But it's just not right.
I then looked outside into the pouring rain, it was cold, but I didn't care. I needed help with this complicated song, but nobody in their right mind would be here at this time of night... Would they?

keith velis gray ••• a male slipped over by the trees, looking back in the direction of his dorm, before he narrowed his eyes and stepped into the darkness, almost shivering due to the cold. at least there was some shelter from the rain. although he lived in a scottish orphanage for most of his life, this fifteen year old wasn't yet fond of rain, however, he was used to the cold.
the male simply put a hand to the back of his head, ruffling his hair before walking even more into the forest. "♪ no time for goodbye, he said.. as he faded away. don't put your life in someone's hands, they're bound to steal it away, don't hide your mistakes, 'cause they'll find you.. burn you, then he said... ♪" his voice was soft while he sung quietly, practising his newest song. he'd already memorized the lyrics. the song was called get out alive, written by a junior by the name of keith velis gray, this young man who slowly made his way through the forest.
he mused for a moment, stopping in his tracks. he shouldn't be out here long, really. it was best to go back in about midnight, and it was approximately ten thirty pm already. a low growl escaped the blonde male as he looked down, catching sight of his clothes as he looked down at the ground before crouching down, studying a pawprint. tonight he was wearing a dull white shirt, the sleeves rolled up to just over his elbow, and the topmost button wasn't done up, showing his neck off a bit. he also wore a black tie, which was loose around the neck. keith also wore a a fingerless, dull black leather glove on his right hand. his lower half was clad in dark blue, almost black, skinny jeans (mens', obviously). as usual the blonde jock wore his flat soled black boots, which were quite comfortable to walk in, really.
the pawprint was a wolf print. keith had heard rumours of wolves in the midnight forest, but he had never actually seen one, or seen proof of one. now he had the proof. there were wolves living here. oh well, that would not stop him from wandering around in the darkness of the dense wood. he sighed as he stood up, instantly going back to walking, but this time with a swift, graceful pace. after a while, probably three minutes, maybe four, keith glanced to the side with his currently pale green grey eyes. he saw a wall, and above it was probably a cleft, which you would be able to walk across. he raised an eyebrow, flexing his fingers before shrugging and continuing on with his brisk walk. sure, he'd probably find a way up there. keith was quite good at finding other ways, really.
suddenly, a twig snapped loudly under his boot. keith winced a bit at the loud noise, and he stood quite still, right hand ready to jump to his left arm and sleeve. did i mention that the fifteen year old had his knife strapped around the upper half of his arm? well, now you know. keith simply waited, and he heard another twig snap loudly and he shifted a bit. fuck, what was wrong with him? the blonde jock just forced himself to keep still, keeping his senses alert. someone was coming to him, he could almost sense it.

Why can I think properly?! Ok, Kiara, calm down and go through this properly, start from the beginning. La, lala, la la la, la, lala... Snap. Eh, what? I saw Fang's head snap up out of the corner of my eye. I stopped singing and turned my head towards her, she looks back at me, but put her large head back down again, and continued to eat her meat. It was probably nothing, just a rabbit or a stray cat, she might even be imagining things, like me. I looked back at my sheet of music and then I heard another twig snap loudly - so did Fang. A growl rumbled within her, and she rose to her paws. I watched her with wide eyes, this had never happened before... Could someone be out there now, after something? After me? The noise seemed quite a way away, as long as I had my guns, my poison and Fang, I'd be safe. Nobody would dare attack me with this babe.
I dumped my things on the ground and whispered 'take me' to Fang. She knew exactly what I meant, and led the way out of the cave, me, crouched behind her, taking in deep breaths. Once we were out of the cave I was already soaked from head to toe, water ran down my black hair and arms, and it sprayed into my green-blue eyes. I looked at my pale white hands, they weren't shaking. I wasn't scared, I was hardly ever scared. They seemed to glow in the darkness. No time for this now though, I had to go find out what's happening, I had to find out who... Or what was there.
Fang jumped the seemingly endless drop easily, and I swung across on the thick, random rope, again not properly landing it, and fell to my knees, getting mud and rain all over my jeans. Meh, who cares? Fang stared forwards at the boring little wall, lowering herself closer to the floor, which made me listen. I could hear someone breathing quietly (I had good hearing) - Fang was right... I blinked, and thought for a second. Should I run the risk of being attacked? Yeah. I ran up to the wall and jumped off, landing a little away from the stranger. I took the guns from my belt and pointed them at... Him. Fang stayed silent for a moment, and took her position at my side. I glared at the man before me, he was about the same size as me, so he couldn't exactly harm me. A small, chilly wind blew my hair behind me, revealing my pale face. He would now probably recognise me, if I didn't kill him, and he could come after me. The guns were loaded and ready, I was careful not to shoot too soon.
"Who are you, and what are you doing here?" I asked in a dark, tight voice.

he didn't jump, nor did he move when a female jumped and landed in front of him, pointing two guns at the jock. the male could feel the female's hard gaze on him, and he narrowed his eyes a little. his grey green eyes flickered to beside the black haired girl, catching sight of a wolf by her side. keith's nose twitched slightly, studying the wolf. it looked a bit hostile, and would attack if the blonde junior were to attack the.. pale skinned girl. the wolf had grey fur, looking a bit like a siberian husky... and whoa, it was big. it came up to the female's hips. the fifteen year old closed his eyes, taking a deep breath to calm himself, not like he wasn't calm anyway.
"who are you, and what are you doing here?"
blinking slowly, keith raised a slightly thin eyebrow at the wolf and the girl. the junior crossed his arms, narrowed his eyes, before answering softly and quietly. "i'm out for a walk, lass, in darkness. have a problem with that?" keith pursed his lips for a moment before letting a small smile come onto his face. "my name is keith gray. and you are?" all this was said in a slightly thicker scottish accent than normal. and the male watched the wolf from the corner of his pale grey green eyes as he kept his gaze on the black haired girl.

I glared at the cocky Scottish guy named Keith, I started losing my patience with him already. I wanted to pull the trigger right now, but something told me I should wait for a while. OK, so he wasn't scared of me or Fang, though he did look a tiny bit edgy of the wolf - she was huge. Did I have a problem with him being in the forest? Yes, yes I did. I'd never been interrupted like this before, and it was a little annoying - especially with someone who just wouldn't back down. I loosened off a bit, relaxing my fingers so I wouldn't accidentally shoot him. I kept the guns pointed at him though, just in case something goes wrong. I noticed him smile a little so I half smiled back.
"There's no street lights up here, babe, I think you've come the wrong way." I said this in a lighter, more relaxed voice than before, "I'm Kiara Cherrystone."
I didn't bother answering his 'do you have a problem with that?' question. It was quite obvious I did - I wasn't used to running down here after someone and being interrupted. I looked down at Fang, she looked as if she was going to run at Keith, but I put one of my hands on her back to say 'calm'. She understood, and sat down, looking annoyed about having to leave her food behind, in a way, I felt sorry for her, I knew how much she liked to have fresh, cooked meat.

the guns were starting to get on his nerves. he didn't mind them pointed at him for the first few moments but shouldn't this girl put them down now? he narrowed his eyes, trying to stop himself from doing something sudden. he watched the female's face as she half smiled back at him, and keith suddenly noticed that the black haired girl had loosened her grip on the guns, so that she would not accidently shoot him. how nice, but that still made him a bit annoyed.
no, i have not come the wrong way, missie, the jock's nose twitched again as he listened to kiara's words and introduction. the junior half pursed his lips, eyes fixed on the wolf now as kiara cherrystone seemed to tell it to calm down. now the wolf sat down, an irritated expression on its face. keith's gaze went back to the guns as he spoke quietly still.
"i haven't come this way. i came here to the midnight forest on purpose. i come here sometimes but very rarely," he paused, before almost growling. "please put the gun down. it doesn't make you the better person. you can shoot me dead but i still have the moral high ground is mine," well, maybe it wasn't. keith had his knife on him, but he wasn't exactly threatening the girl with it. keith narrowed his eyes and then repeated his first words, "put the gun down. i'm not too fond of weapons being pointed at me when i have no weapons of my own easy to get a hold of or not there."
everything keith said was said in a calm voice, but with a slightly dark tone and a small growl to his voice.

Put the guns away? I hesitated, what would he do if I didn't? What will he do if I obey him? I bit my lip, thinking about it, then I sighed and put them back where they belong. I stared at him, I have heard of someone named Keith Gray... I just didn't know the face. My smile faded and I looked back at Fang, she looked at me too, ready, in case Keith decided to make the wrong move. I closed my eyes, imagining her reaction... It would probably end badly for all of us, so I hoped he decided to leave me alone, or... Whatever else really. I didn't really mind.
"Come on, Fang." I sighed, stroking her powerful shoulders.
I started walking with my pet to the little wall, Fang jumped up easily, and I jumped, but decided to let go. Keith didn't seem that bad really, maybe I shouldn't leave him, just to make sure the other wolves don't get him. They're not all like Fang, gentle most of the time, but nasty when there's someone else. I pressed myself against the wall and looked up, Fang looked down at me with a confused expression, as if to say 'what are you waiting for?'. I turned around and tapped Keith just above his elbow.
"Wanna come? Other wolves won't wait to attack you. If they find you, they won't hesitate to kill you."
I then turned around and 'climbed' the wall. Once I was up, I waited for Keith to either follow, or say no.

keith uncrossed his arms, watching both of the creatures. man woman and wolf, both of them seemed to know eachother well. how and why? the jock shifted a bit, a smile on his when kiara placed the guns back in their holsters, their home. now the other human's gaze was on him, the smile disappeared, and she seemed in thought. the teenager raised an eyebrow, tempted to say something, but he didn't. he only opened his mouth a bit and ran his tongue along his lips quickly, eyes still fixed on them, noticing kiara close her eyes.
then she said something and a sigh came from her as she stroked the animal's shoulders. keith narrowed his eyes, stepping back as they walked back to the wall, the wolf leaping up easily, like the girl. however, the goth simply dropped back down to the ground. keith blinked slowly, then kiara had tapped him just above his elbow. he almost growled, but it was contained. she almost came in contact with the knife hidden up his sleeve. luckily she didn't.
once again the female spoke, and he raised an eyebrow. perhaps he should, but he could climb trees and wolves could not. he could probably make his way from tree to tree... but it was a bit of work. keith's pale grey green eyes were fixed on kiara as she climbed back up the wall, and then his gaze flickered to the wolf that waited up the top. it was best he followed. if all the wolves were like... the siberian huskylike wolf, then he wouldn't stand a chance.
the jock went towards the wall, making sure he was balanced. this is what he did when he mounted ciaran without a mounting block. keith closed his eyes for a moment, focusing his strength, before jumping upwards, grabbing hold of the wall's top and easily getting up. he stood up, slowly, almost smiling but it was just barely there, almost invisible. kiara was probably wondering how he managed to get up their easily, but scotland's mountainous areas had its uses...

When I saw him climbing the wall and standing up, I grinned, showing a set of magnificent pearly white teeth. Well, at least he wasn't stupid, that's good. I wondered how he could get up the wall that easy, even I found it hard to climb it, when the grass is wet. It's far too easy in dry conditions. I gestured him to follow me, and led him to the tree that we had to climb in order to get across to the cave. Shelter. I took my usual route, jumping up to the second thick branch - the quick way. I dug my nails into the bark and pulled myself up with great difficulty - my arms were really tired now, because I'd climbed up and down here twice, swung across a dip twice, climbed a small wall twice in wet weather and pointed guns at Keith for long enough... It had been a long night.
When I was up on the third thick branch high, I shuffled back across to the middle, I was much more likely to slip than the first time I came across, and not to my surprise, I did. I gasped and grabbed onto the branch above for support. Woah, that was... Too close... I started moving again, careful this time not to slip again. I held my breath until I got to the middle, that seemed longer than usual, to get to here, and the branch was not massively long to be honest, it must be the tiredness.
I leaped off the branch and onto the rope, swinging it over and over until it was safe to land. At first I thought I wasn't going to make it but I did, luckily, but again, I didn't stick the landing, and fell to my knees. Ow, what the hell...!? I looked at my hand and a sharp thorn was stuck in the palm, stupid bushes... They were so annoying. I picked it out of my hand and flicked it further on into the darkness, then I turned around to see where Keith was.
"You OK?" I asked, loud enough for him to hear me.
I looked over to my left, and as I expected, my baby, Fang was there, waiting for me, and finishing off her now cold meat. Poor thing. I should make it up to her by bringing double tomorrow.

as he stood up, keith noticed that kiara had grinned, showing off perfect ivory coloured teeth. the jock had a slight smirk on his face. scotland was a good place to go on adventures with other kids. when he was younger, he used to go out to the countryside and mountains for a bit of an adventure with his friends. they didn't get caught. all the time.
kiara had gestured to him, and so the blonde followed the black haired girl, making sure he didn't slip over on the grass. it was quite wet, because of the rain. at least he didn't slip over easily. when they came to a tree, keith raised an eyebrow, watching kiara climb up it. she looked like she was struggling, probably because she was tired. however, he made no movement to go up there, not yet anyway. the jock simply stood there, eyebrow raised, watching the wolf girl as she slipped, and clung to a branch. was she good at gymnastics? keith was, which made climbing a bit easier, but only a tad.
then the female had leaped off the branch, grabbing hold of a rope, swinging it over. keith blinked slowly, before sighing mentally and going over to the tree. within ten seconds he had reached the second branch kiara had gone on, having easily grabbed ahold of one near it, and pulling himself up to another one before getting on the second branch. keith proceeded to the third branch, and he saw kiara reach the other side, landing on her knees. the pale green eyed male blinked ever so slowly before looking at the third branch. slowly, he jumped down to a slightly lower branch, near the trunk so it wouldn't break easily. then keith grabbed a branch by the branch he needed, and swung himself to his needed branch. he grabbed it with his hands as soon as he let go of the branch he swung on, and he pulled himself up, standing up slowly, making sure he had good balance. then he made his way towards the end of the branch, immediately stopping when he heard kiara ask him if he was ok. the male merely called back softly but loudly, "fine."
as soon as he had answered, keith looked towards the rope. he bent his knees a bit, before jumping off the branch and towards the rope, easily grabbing it and making it swing to the other side. keith didn't swing himself over to the edge yet though, he just swung it again before letting go and landing about a metre away from the edge, on his feet. however, he lost his balance and fell to his knees, hands on the floor. well at least he managed to get across the seemingly bottomless pit... keith lifted his head, looking behind him. was it actually bottomless? surely it couldn't. it would have to stop sometime. perhaps it led to hell, and hell was part of his religon. he was catholic, but the jock was actually agnostic, though he didn't tell the people who knew he was catholic that he was agnostic. and the people who didn't know he was catholic, keith told them he was agnostic.
the blonde stood up slowly, feeling a small sting in his arm. fuck. he must have nudged his knife and cut his arm. fuuuckk... keith ignored it, making sure that he didn't show pain on his face as he looked at kiara, raising an eyebrow, in thought, before he looked to her left, seeing the wolf on the floor, licking itself. it looked like it had just finished eating meat, and keith winced a bit at the thought of what it had been eating, and the fact that a trickle of blood just ran down his arm, and had slightly stained his shirt sleeve. luckily, it wasn't noticeable, but surely the wolf, with its keen sense of smell, would smell it? perhaps kiara would see it? keith blinked slowly, expelling his mind of all thoughts as he looked back at kiara.
(hah! it's 1:30am, and i managed this beautiful post! <3)

Well, at least he was OK, I wouldn't have to go back or anything and take him somewhere else. I knew he could handle it anyway, he seemed like that kind of person - but just to make sure, I asked. I watched him make his way across the branch, jump off onto the rope, swing backwards and forwards twice, and land the jump - but on the edge of the drop. I held my breath when he lost his balance, ready to catch him if he fell back, but luckily, he landed on his hands and knees - that was actually quite frightening, but I was impressed that he dared to follow. Was this guy a jock, or just lucky? Oh well, I don't really mind or care. The only thing that matters is that we both made it safely across the drop with no injuries, apart from me landing on a stupid, sharp thorn from the bushes on the right hand side of me. It didn't bother me that much at all.
I was wrong about the no injuries part. Fang looked up from grooming herself, and stared at Keith's arm. I looked too, and I could see blood running down, staining his white shirt and turning it red. Unlucky. I calmly lifted his bleeding arm and realized something just wasn't right. I blinked, just to make sure I wasn't wrong, but nothing changed. I was right - there was something up his sleeve. I put my cold hand to his skin and searched up his sleeve. I knew what it was straight away - a knife. I grabbed it by the blade and pulled it down, making sure it didn't cut him any more than it already had done. Shit, I cut my finger on the blade, how sharp was this thing anyway? Blood ran down my finger, down my hand as I held the knife by the tip of the blade. You can't go wrong with this thing - it is lethal.
I then grabbed his hand and put the knife in it while I took a closer look at his arm. Don't kill me with it, I thought with a little smile. I looked at Keith's face, he looked completely blank. He seemed to be ignoring the sting from the weapon. That's good, what's the point in crying or moaning over it? Back to the cut anyway, it didn't look very deep, but it was a quite deep, if he'd used the knife on something else before, it was probably best if we cleaned it properly. I looked over to Fang, and she didn't seem to mind. Thank God for that, the last thing I wanted was for Fang to go after Keith. Already, he was starting to grow on me. He seemed nice enough to me. He was someone I could relate to in this place. Not like the other... Annoying light people.
I decided to drag him inside the cave, the rain was splashing blood everywhere, and it made it hard for me to see the cut. It made it hard for me to treat it.
"Am I bothering you?"I asked, not looking up to see his expression.

keith stood still, eyes fixed on kiara, though really just thinking. he hadn't realised it much before but... whoa. he now knew why he was a jock. well, horse riding was one of those reasons, but... whoaa. the blonde male suddenly shook his head a bit, seeing the wolf stare at his arm. his nose twitched a bit, and then he felt the wolf girl's gaze on his arm. his pale gaze flickered to his arm, and he saw a bit more blood flowing down his arm, and more staining on his white shirt. keith almost winced, now seeing kiara lift up his arm. the fifteen year old growled quietly, but he let her lift it up. then he felt her cold hand up his sleeve, and the blonde growled loudly as she pulled his knife down by the blade.
then, the gothic female had cut her finger, and the male took a sharp intake of breath, raising an eyebrow as he saw kiara holding his knife by the tip of the blade, and keith smiled ever so slightly, a dark, proud smile. the blade was way sharper than a normal knife blade. keith wasn't sure about it, but the blade seemed to be made of a sort of... diamond. it couldn't be, it was definitely a metal, but it reflected light very well. the jock almost jumped when kiara grabbed his hand and made him hold the knife. he narrowed his eyes, staying completely still, feeling raindrops on his body, making his blood watery, making it run down his arm faster.
he ignored the stinging, but he was doing that anyway. he moved his hand slightly, sliding the knife into his jeans pocket slowly, making sure it didn't cut the material. then he sighed, looking back at kiara, then almost being dragged over to the cave. he narrowed his eyes a bit, allowing himself to be dragged over, now looking at the wolf.
"am i bothering you?"
keith almost twitched, a small smile on his face.
"yes, but only a little. everyone bothers me slightly."
the smile became rather dark, which made it sexy.

I was glad he let me drag him into the cave, he still seemed edgy with Fang, but I knew she wouldn't hurt him. I was still surprised that Keith had followed me here, over all obstacles, he was brave. A bit too brave for my liking... Almost dangerous. I had ignored his growling over the knife, he wasn't going to stop me, whatever he did. I wouldn't be scared of him, even if he held his lethal knife to my throat, and if he suddenly decided to attack me now (though it's almost certain that he wouldn't), I'd just get the poison and pour it into his cut. Once it mixed in with his blood, he'd be gone. Hm, oh well. That's not going to happen, I can tell you that now.
I pulled a tissue out of a small pack and dabbed it on the cut, trying my hardest not to press down and hurt the jock even more. It wasn't exactly major, no hospital job, it would probably stop bleeding in about five minutes, which was a good thing. There was no point in opening the cut even more by swinging over branches and crawling through thorn bushes. When he replied to my question (yes, I was bothering him), I looked up at him and shot a small glare at him. Calmly, I let go of his arm and let it fall to his side again.
"Treat it yourself then," I said softly, with a shrug, though I knew he'd just leave it to bleed.
My eyes flickered to Fang and then back to my clipboard containing the music and lyrics for the song 'Missing'. I picked it up and looked at it, but I couldn't concentrate while Keith was here, I mean, what if he was a song writer too? I turned my attention back to Keith and I caught his smile. A sexy smile...
I quickly looked to the wall next to me, away from Keith. My mouth opened slightly and I bit my lip. The temptation was unbearable. He was so... So... Sexy. I couldn't put it any other way... I slowly moved my eyes in his direction, turned my head, and turned my body so I was looking straight at him. Well, you only live once and we weren't exactly friends or anything so...
I did it. I kissed him. I wasn't snogging him it was like... Just a long lasting peck. If you get what I mean... My heart melted right there, right at that moment.

{ he felt dabbing of a tissue on his cut, and it did sting a bit, but the actual pain didn't worsen anymore. however, because it was a small wound, keith would have just let it bleed, because it would stop bleeding. eventually. keith had the smile on his face when kiara glared at him slightly, and then she spoke softly. won't do so, the jock mused to himself, pursing his lips as he shifted his arm a bit. gently, as the wolf girl picked up a clipboard with various words on it, the blonde leaned back against the cave wall, legs slightly apart and about thirty centimetres away from the wall, looking down slightly, crossing his arms.
{ he slowly glanced up, seeing the black haired girl's gaze on himself, then she went towards him, and then, keith could feel her (cold) lips against his own warm ones. the corner of the fifteen year old's mouth twitched a bit, as if to smirk, and the blonde male kissed back a bit, uncrossing his arms and placing his hands on kiara's shoulders. after a moment, keith almost chuckled and he forced the other person away from him, breaking their kiss. keith smiled slightly, a soft, small smile. then his now pale turquoise gaze flickered over to the wolf. then he felt his nose twitch as his gaze hardened a bit, and keith looked back over at kiara, blinking slowly.
{ "how was that." keith asked, more of a sentence than a question, raising an eyebrow at the wolf girl.

I pulled back a little bit when he smirked, what am I doing with my life? I thought, looking down at the cold and hard cave floor. I half-gasped when he suddenly kissed me back... I was elated. I then kissed him with more feeling than before. Wow, he was good at this, I bet he kissed loads of people before. I closed my eyes, and then I felt his hands on my shoulders. I lifted my cold white hands to touch his bare, wet (and one bloodstained) arms. After a moment, he pushed me down and moved back, and I looked at him with glittering blue-green eyes. How was that? It sounded more like a sentence than a question.
Ahm... Great?
I shifted in my place a bit, and when I looked at Fang, she looked away as if to say 'I'm not here'. I breathed out loudly and shot a sorry smile at Keith. I didn't mean to do that really, but in a way, I was glad that I did. I'm not sure what the jock was thinking, it was impossible to guess. When I kissed him I thought he was going to shove me and run away, but he didn't. After he kissed me back, I thought he was going to leave after, but here he was, just looking beautiful.
What!? What the hell is wrong with me, I'm not meant to feel like this! I should be like all cautious and quiet but no, I felt all open and... What's the emotion..? Love? This isn't me, did he have some stupid little power to control people's feelings? No. He was just a stranger.
A strange stranger.
