this is basically where you plot all of your character's relationships, and list them down. you can plan enemies, friends, lovers and whatnot. it's quite fun ;]
of course, you need an example of a character relationship (you can also find them on many human roleplay sites, e.g. a harry potter forum).

sometimes, people make premade relationship threads for you to use. there is quite a few on rpgcollection here. have a browse, see which one you like, and edit the parts required, then post it in this board!
if you want to be in a relationship with another character, just copy their form, fill out the details required, and then post it on their thread. they'll accept your relationship (if it's fine with them) and add it to their list (which should be on that thread).
of course, sometimes you may need to pm them and ask if it's ok if your character can have a certain relationship with your character. if they won't allow you, just pick another relationship.
you can ask for multiple relationships if you want to. so character b can be good friends with character a, and character b's rolemodel is character a.
get plottin' your relationships now!
