These are the rules for Starlight Academy. We know no one likes rules, but please, they are important, so you must read them and memorize them as much as you can. If possible, please check these rules at least once a month in case of any changes.

[001] Activity
On a forum, it is a bad idea to join and then become inactive. If you're one of those people who can't get on at least once a week, then do not join. There are people who work hard on the site to make it what it is, and we don't want inactive people spoiling it and making the site look bad.

[002] Profile Display Names
When you join the site, your username can be anything you want, but then you must change it to your character's first and last name, middle name if wanted. The display name can be in anyway, but with no random symbols or punctuation for the moment.

[003] Respect
OK, you must be nice to everyone and respect them, out of character. However, your character can be disrespectful and mean to other characters. Anyway, if you're being disrespected, please PM a staff member and give proof, such as a screenshot or a link. If you fail to give us proof, there's nothing we can do, sorry.

[004] Post Marking
If any of your threads graphic content, please mark them with an "M" for mature. If it contains a lot of descriptive violence or sexual themes, or anything of the like, then please just mark the thread, or it will be deleted.

[005] Word Count
Short posts aren't accepted on Starlight Academy. The minimum for in character posts is seventy (70), and there's no maximum. If you have less than seventy words then a member of staff will ask you to extend your post. If that happens then nobody is allowed to post in that thread until you extend your post. If you can, do one hundred words, make us proud! ;3

[006] Character Creation
When you create a character you MUST use the form! Some people join a site, start to make a character and they don't use the form. That's a complete waste of time if you're not using the form! We don't mind if you use a different form, but it needs to have all the information on the official form. One your character is accepted, it will be moved to the "Accepted" sub-board in the "Create A Character" board. Of course, you need the password to get into the "Create A Character" board, which is awesomesauce for now.

[007] One Account Per Character
You are allowed to have one account per character, and three accounts in total. If you want any more, you must either win them in competitions, get a certain amount of posts, or buy them in the Charms Shop. And you must remember to keep each account active! (:

The best and final rule. Have fun at Starlight Academy and make lots of friends. Go go go GOOOO before we admins murder you. xD
